Sandro started fishing at 5 years old and have been a professional captain for the last 15 years. Till date he has won titles in many major tournaments but the most significant one was clinching 3rd place in the IGFA Offshore World Championship. He has also set the European record for landing a 16.2kg grouper on 20lb line class, which remains unbeaten till today.Having fished the Mediterranean seas extensively, Sandro has been testing the Tiburon SST reels for offshore trolling and drifting for Bluefin tuna, with great success.
